Jeff Hicks

Jeff Hicks, MAI is President of Dohring Ahern, a commercial real estate appraisal, brokerage, development and technology company headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Jeff has appraised and provided expert witness work on a wide variety of property types including office buildings, shopping centers, apartment complexes, hotels and industrial. 

Jeff is also a principal in Realwired, the technology entity providing commercial software solutions to the commercial real estate industry.  Jeff is responsible for the oversight of design and development of the underlying technology and systems that support both the tactical and strategic goals of the main software product lines of Realwired.

Jeff is a certified general appraiser in the state of Florida with over 30 years of experience.  Jeff is from Tampa, went to Jesuit High School, holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University and is a Member of the Appraisal Institute.
