Abbey Dohring Ahern serves as Managing Principal, providing leadership across the firm’s appraisal, brokerage, and development service lines and guiding its overall direction and continued growth.

Abbey founded the commercial brokerage division in 2005 and has extensive experience in landlord and tenant representation, including both sales and leasing, with a particular focus on urban office and retail properties. Over the course of her career, she has participated in numerous complex transactions and redevelopment initiatives throughout downtown Tampa.

Her experience includes involvement in significant redevelopment efforts within the Encore, Channel District, and Ybor City, as well as representation of multiple properties within the Westshore Business District. Abbey’s long-standing market knowledge supports coordinated advisory services across all areas of the organization.
