Alan Mills serves as Vice President of Appraisal, overseeing the firm’s commercial appraisal operations throughout the Tampa Bay region.

In this role, he is responsible for technical oversight, valuation review, and quality control across appraisal assignments, reinforcing consistency and adherence to professional standards.

Alan has extensive experience valuing office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hotel, and mixed-use properties for financing, acquisition and disposition, tax appeal, and litigation support. His work reflects a detailed understanding of Tampa Bay’s submarkets, pricing trends, and investment dynamics across a broad range of asset types.

Within the appraisal department, Alan provides senior-level review and guidance, strengthening methodology, reporting standards, and compliance across engagements. His disciplined approach supports defensible conclusions and reliable valuation outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
